The Role:
Fircroft are seeking a Applications Support Coordinator for a long term contract within the UK

Work Pattern: 9 Hours a day over 9 working days Mon-Fri, every other Friday off

The Role:

Applications Support Coordinator will work with customers and stakeholders to support applications in organization.
* Applications in organization are mostly from vendors; some applications are global in the corporate world and the same in other business units; some applications used by company and 3rd party contractors;
Communication with vendors, central team, contractors and customers will play key role to support applications;
Troubleshooting, testing, installation, uninstallation, maintenance, compliance, access management, etc is required for this position.
* The SharePoint environment is a key platform for managing internal document review and approval activities, secure internal communications and collaboration for the our teams on a global scale.
Knowledge and development in SharePoint is additional, but not main required skills.
* Office 365: Power BI, SharePoint
* Software License Management(SLM): basic knowledge of SLM will be good to start on this position.
In addition to this role also will be assigned other activities related to compliance, projects support, work with customers, training for customers, technical documentation, processes, security groups/user access management.

* Office 365: Power BI development
* SharePoint Site and Collections Development: InfoPath forms, jQuery with REST.
* Administering SharePoint sites and collections
* Access Management
* Information Protection Compliance
* Developing/update of technical and process documentation
* Software License Management

Skills and experience required:
* Applications Support
* Office 365: Power BI, SharePoint (Retention, Auditing, OOB, jQuery, REST, CSS, Infopath)
* SharePoint Designer workflow capabilities.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Software License Management
* High level of integrity for managing confidential information and site settings.
* Consultation at all levels - End User / Power User / Mentorship.
* Strong team work and ability to work using own initiative.
* Communication skills
* Facilitation skills
* Emotional Intelligence
* Work in multicultural environment
* English language: speaking/writing/listening. Intermediate level or higher.
