The Role:
Role: C&P Security Systems Coordinator
Reporting to: C&P Construction Superintendent Fibre Optics
Department: Control and Power
Location: Tengiz - Kazakhstan
Employment Type: Contract - Rotational role (28/28)

As Security Systems Coordinator you will be part of the C&P Security Execution Team currently based at the PMT Building in the Construction Compound. You will play a leading role in maintaining and improving security installation throughput and quality based on effective communications and organisation between the security installation team/s, line management, engineering, construction, work face planning, materials and other key stakeholders.
You will be driven and confident in taking ownership, being quick to step up to the challenge and able to stay focused on the desired outcome. You will demonstrate leadership in everything you do, you are straight with people, even when things are tough, and balance this with a strong focus on helping your team to succeed.
At this time the scope load for Security is ramping up with several key facilities scheduled for completion by the end of this year. The successful candidate will most likely help to oversee the transition of C&P security execution team processes to other areas of the project.

Position Duties:
* Champion Health, Safety and Environmental awareness in all activities and across all areas.
* Closely follow and understand the execution of Security Installation works considering project schedule and management priorities.
* Ensure that project installation standards and operational requirements are met.
* Draw on other disciplines and resources to resolve holds and achieve completions.
* Lead the exchange of communication between the execution team and Security Installation Contractor, ME&I contractors and other company departments.
* Focal point for all queries related to Security Systems from external and internal interfaces. Routing of query to appropriate party within the team and following up on appropriate response/resolution.
* Contribute to the Security Execution team Road Map and Strategy.
* Maintain standardised ways of working by following established execution team processes and procedures.
* Required to produce weekly reports of activity including identification of concerns and solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments and disciplines including QA/QC, Construction, Completions, Certification, Security and RA.
* Identify gaps and make appropriate recommendations and/or improvements to the execution process.
* Lead Security Execution Team workshops and meetings.
* Work closely with key process owners to implement agreed transformation or remediation actions

Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Intermediate fluency in written and spoken English
* Ability to plan workloads
* Ability to communication effectively at all levels, including non-technical staff
* 3rd Party / contractor management
* Experience of preparing and presenting clear reports to senior management
* Evidence of Continual Professional Development
* 5+ years of construction project experience ideally in the Oil & Gas industry.
* Extensive experience gained in a supervisory role in security, telecommunications or electrical discipline
* Problem management skills
* Soft people skills
