The Role:
All Phases:
* Provide general contractual and commercial support to the project team.
* Assist in development of contracting procedures, contracting plans, contract registers/reports, and other internal project requirements when requested.
* Ensure that project and business interests are fully protected during all contracting activities on this project.
* Establish and maintaining interfaces with key stakeholders in project (SCM, Procurement, Warehouse, Freight Forwarding Groups, Engineering, Construction, Business, Quality HSE, DCC, RA, Planning and Cost Control).
* Maintain various project contracts logs.
* Participate in BBS and IIF programs.
* Take all mandatory and recommended compliance and HES training.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Preparation of Project Weekly Contracts Highlights for Weekly MCP report.
* Maintain electronic copies of all documents related to Project Contracts on O drive.
* Maintain Contracts Decision Log and issue DRDs where necessary.
* Develop recommendations to improve the Contracts process and capture information in Lessons Learned process.
* Provide Contracts, Procurement and Warehouse Group Supervisor with weekly progress reports.
* Conduct Contracts Awareness Workshops for Project team.
* Conduct Weekly internal commercial meeting.
EPC Contract Administration:
Responsible for administering EPC Contract following contract execution and commencement of the work up to contract close-out, including but not limited to the following activities:
* Review Weekly and Monthly Contracts reports from EPC Contractor.
* Review and approve EPC Contractor nominated subcontracts.
* Holding jobsite meetings in Tengiz with the EPC Contractor as necessary to monitor progress and contract compliance.
* Managing the EPC Contract, including documenting changes to the contract in a timely manner.
* Approving EPC Contractor Acts of completed works, signing the routing form after checking against the contract.
* Setting the goal of zero contractor claims (not including normal and acceptable changes) and fulfilling the objective by claims prevention actions.
* Timely resolution of any EPC Contractor claims that are received and preparation of a Change Order/ Amendment as appropriate.
* Facilitate monthly EPC Contract Trend Tracker meeting with the project.
* Evaluating EPC Contractor performance at contract completion.
* Verification of EPC Contractors' insurances, letters of credits, bank guarantees.
* Issue RWE, review CWE, issue AWE.
* Conduct EPC Contract Close Out.
* Prepare correspondence to EPC Contractor on routine contractual/commercial matters.
* Track actioned correspondence related to EPC Contract.
* Review MOMs from Weekly EPC Contractor Commercial and Technical meetings.
* Facilitate Contract Changes review meeting.
* Ensure that EPC Contractor Contracting plans and documents are aligned with Project requirements and procedures to enforce provisions of the EPC contract.
* Review EPC Contractor Contracting related deliverables including but not limited to: Subcontracting plan, Change Process etc.
* Participate in Weekly meetings with EPC Contractor Contracts team.
Non-EPC Contract Administration:
* Develop and submit project CRC and/or PC plan(s) including completing all necessary forms.
* Review and return to SCM Expenditure and Expiration report.
* Participates in ensuring contracts execution (costs and schedule control - sending reports to contract holders).
* Enter data into Ariba system.
* Control verification of contractors' insurance commitments.
* Maintain contracting documentation.
* Ensure compliance with the set contracting policy and set procedures of work with contracts.
* Prepare and comply service orders, service agreements with contractors and all documents required for contracts approval.
* Prepare changes to contracts and all documents required for changes to contracts approval, as necessary.
* Assist in coordination on preparation and issue of Service Orders, Change Orders and AWOs as required for approval and issue to contractors.
* Prepare correspondence to non-EPC Contractors on routine contractual/commercial matters.
* Preparing and publishing a monthly contract status report for the appropriate project team members which details all Contracts, Service Orders under Master Contracts and AWO's including amount, Amendments or Change orders, start and completion date, any extensions. Highlight and advise team members when those contract are due to expire.

Additional comments:
The Candidate should have an experience in Ariba, JDE E1.
