The Role:
Fircroft are seeking a contracts administrator for a long term contract within the UK
Location: Farnborough
Working Pattern: 9/80 fortnight (every other Friday off)
Day Rate: TBC
Main responsibilities:
Assisting with the bidding, evaluation and award process
Liaising with Project SME's to ensure flow of communications with Bidders
Day to day administration of addenda / inquiries / clarifications
Preparing final contract documentation
Conducting contract management and administration
Ensuring that Project HES and quality requirements are incorporated into all Contracts.
Ensuring that contracts are developed in line with the appropriate laws
Incorporate information provided by legal, tax and insurance experts into contract documents
The Contracts Administrator must be experienced in contracting activities on large EPC projects.
