The Role:
Fircroft are seeking a Contracts Administrator (Payment Verification and Processing for a long term contract within the UK

Location: Farnborough
Work schedule:9/80 (9-day fortnight). Maybe required to work additional hours / 10th day to meet project work needs.

Job Description:
This position is part of a small team who are responsible for a portfolio of high volume, low value, low complexity contracts. Key responsibilities include; reviewing incoming contractor invoices, verification to ensure claims are accurate and allowable, provide contract administration assistance to Contracts Advisors and team. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task multiple contracts simultaneously is essential. You will be responsible for managing your work scope to meet project schedules.
Based in Farnborough UK, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous EPC contract formation experience wanting to get in and own their work scope with clear deliverables. Previous experience working in the contracts team reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy is essential. Experience in accounts payable, cost accounting is desirable. You need to be comfortable using excel, formulas and workbook creation with a keen eye for detail. If you take pride in your work, enjoy getting into the details, working on a variety of contracts then this is the right job for you.
This position will interface with local and site teams. A friendly and positive attitude towards your work is necessary.
Receive contractor invoices and review for accuracy and relevancy.
Maintain electronic records and filing of invoicing documentation.
Review contract terms, conditions and compensation, understand how to navigate a contract to find the right information relevant to the invoice.
Liaise with site and local teams including contract owners as needed to complete necessary
Circulate documents internally for approval
Update workflows in payment processing system
Work on multiple contracts simultaneously

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Experience:
Previous oil/gas EPC experience in accounts payable / contract administration
Basic accounting / cost control experiences
Familiar with various compensation models

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Formal qualifications accounting, supply chain or business management
Sharepoint, Ariba, POL, Enterprise Bentley and Pro-Con would be advantageous
