The Role:
The position will be responsible for the control of all documents within their scope and will report directly to the Logistics Information Management Lead.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives
* Participate in Behavioural Based Safety (BBS).
* Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives.
* Comply with Ethics policies.
* Adhere to Project Execution Procedures.

eB (Company electronic document management system)
* Perform quality and completeness checks on incoming Contractor documentation.
* Process identified contractor and Company document transmittals into eB and complete validation checks.
* Create document numbers and perform document issue requests.
* Regularly produce identified reports for Information Manager.
* Issue engineering 3D / Data Model files and other ad hoc documents to contractors upon formalised issue requests.
* Action PDF / Native file requests.
* Maintain assigned Documentation Distribution Matrices as directed by scope owner or Information Manager.
* Retrieve and submit inbound and outbound transmittals from

* Perform uploads and downloads of identified project documents.
* Assign workflows, distribute documents for information and update document statuses.
* Manage documents for other significant projects within the Logistics scope of work.

* Manage contractor DC queries in regard to day to day activities and existing project processes.
* Provide first tier support to the Logistics team personnel for eB queries and SharePoint users / escalation to Information Manager.
* Understand KPI targets - monitor review/approval progress with a focus on Company meeting targets.
* Support other members of the Document Control team as and when required.
* Monitoring and distribution of Logistics DC shared email account.
* Assist with identification and capture of project Key Deliverables: 1. Wet Signature documents & 2. Documents requiring hard copy retention.
Key activities:
* Loading documentation into systems and distribution.
* Monitoring the completeness of documentation.
Key success metrics:
* All documentation is loaded into systems in a timely manner.

* Logistics Delivery Team
* DCC Functional Team
* Contractor Document Controllers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum Years of Industry Specific Experience: 2 years
Minimum Years of Total Experience: 2 years
Required Skills/Attributes:
* Experience using document control systems and SharePoint.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised and to strict deadlines.
* Team player.
* Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preferred Skills/Attributes:
* 2-5 years experience in an oil and gas construction Project environment.
* 2-5 years experience working with and loading into a Document Management System
