The Role:
* Engage contracting staff and promote CPY Safety Initiatives and provide HSSE leadership in area of responsibility.
* Fully support and participate in the Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and trades personnel.
* Compliance with Ethics policies.
* Provide a measure of quality assurance, guidance and coaching on hardware systems acceptance and punch listing activities undertaken by the project teams.
* Communicate with all affected project team members and subcontractors, the system descriptions, boundaries, components and required records, including quality documentation so that they will be able to prepare and collate the records progressively according to subsystem boundaries and have them recorded in MCPlus.
* Conduct CPI (Company Purchased Items) package reviews to ensure any non-compliances to project standards are identified and punched for earliest close out.
* Ensure all Vendor Outstanding Work Scopes and Receipt Inspection Punches are closed out to project standards.
* Produce subsystem discipline walk down packs to support discipline MC completions walk downs. Coordinate with Doc Control to ensure latest revision of drawings are included in the walk down packs.
* Obtain the required training and access the SCDB as required to monitor data integrity, status and raise any findings with the SCDB Administrator.
* Provide leadership and guidance when performing sub-system Discipline walk downs and punch listing activities, ensuring all punches are correctly categorized for close out.
* Pro-actively involve and align with MC participants to ensure understanding of the process and resolve issues early.
* Facilitate communication between MC, Construction, Subcontractors, QA, and Turnover/Commissioning teams on any work-arounds or scope shifts as required to achieve mechanical completion.
* Raise any issues or roadblocks to subsystem mechanical completion as required to the Completions Manager for timely resolution.
* Coordinate with Construction and Project Controls to identify priority subsystems, to enable earliest Pre-commissioning and or De-Stack opportunities
* Chair regular MC coordination meetings to present work-to-go lists on priority subsystems and facilitate expediting completion of outstanding work or documentation.
* Verify all Change Management items were implemented correctly documented and ready for MC completion and handover.
* Act as liaison / focal point for Construction Leads, Discipline Engineers and Contractors for sub-system completion priority, certification and handover related issues.
* Review, monitor and assist DSME's Quality Team in establishing Mechanical Completion Packages and system completion dossiers for completeness and accuracy.
* Ensuring that the priorities of the Commissioning and Start Up Teams are being implemented by the Contractor
* Reporting to Completions Manager

The Company:
Joining a Multi-national team based in one of the World's Largest Fabrication yards, this is an exciting long term (3 years+) role for Electrical Completions Coordinator to be part of a World Class Development.

The role will be based in Okpo, Geoje Island on an Local basis (No Visa Sponsorship Available) and will report to the Reporting to Completions Manager - Geoje for this World Class Project

* Fabrication Delivery Team
* Project Administration, IT, Training and Travel management
* Yard Contractors
* Equipment Vendors

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* A minimum of 10+ years of experience with a proven ability to work with contractor personnel in a mentoring/developmental role
* Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations
* High critical thinking/reasoning ability
* Effective communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
* Previous Modular Build and Korean Fabrication Yard Experience
