The Role:
Ensures incident-free performance in the workplace and other locations and execution of all objectives related to safety and safe operation; responsible for organizing language training and development courses for the Company's employees; participates in the development of language training courses schedule, responsible for arranging training logistics; conducts an evaluation of the training courses impact; manages the language library; provides assistance in logistics, planning meetings with representatives of client departments for execution of the English lanuage training and development programs; provides assistance in terms of analyzing and evaluating language programs, using effective assessment methods to harmonize the results of language programs with the business needs and needs of departments; provides support for the implementation of innovative training methods; introduces necessary changes to the language competency development programs; defines employees' needs in the development of language skills and consults on personal development plan; organizes, monitors and prepares reports on testing conducted and other available training programs; enrolles employees in training courses and assists in preparing annual curricula and training budget; develops personal development plans for the language development; organizes various events for language development, consults on practical and interactive training programs; consults on the processes of language development in the company and recommends optimal methods for development; uses iLMS; collects and analyzes customer feedback and course evaluation results; shares a constructive opinion about training vendors with the language development team coordinator when concluding contracts with contractors; coordinates the work of external training vendors providing language training and testing services; provides preparation of work scope, budget and their execution under the contract terms and conditions; keeps/maintaines training database, software language training programs and language development team website; provides reports on all issues related to language training, reports on changes to management on a regular basis, participates in HR OC and Employee Development Group's meetings.
Qualifications: BA degree in Languages, Philology, HR; fluent knowledge of languages (Kazakh, Russian, English); minimum 3 years of work experience as a teacher and/or trainer and/or training facilitator and/or coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting; knowledge in the area of L&D; proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate); familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques; good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments; adequate knowledge of learning management systems; MS Office proficiency.
