The Role:
* Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives
* Observe for unsafe acts / unsafe conditions and raise observation cards.
* Participate in Behavioral Based Safety (BBS).
* Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and trades personnel.
* Compliance with Ethics policies.
* Carry out all task in accordance with Project Execution and Site Engineering procedures.
* Reporting on a day-to-day basis to the Fabrication Engineering Coordinator
* Interaction, facilitation and coordination with key information providers and stakeholders including the Fabrication Contractors, the Fabrication Delivery team, Engineering and Commissioning / Turnover teams
* Training/knowledge of specific software being used by FGP
* Key activities:
1. Responsible to fully understand, track, influence and report the Fabrication Contractor's workflow from receipt of AFC (Approved for Construction) deliverables including revisions through fabrication engineering to issuance of Work Orders.
2. Provide cross-functional/discipline coordination assistance to ensure changes are implemented by Fabrication Contractor.
3. Develop and implement tracking tools required to effectively monitor, track and expedite implemented of Company issued changes (DCN, FCN, TEA, SIQ and Site instructions) by Fabrication Contractor. In particular, cross-reference traceability of AFC deliverables and change documentation to shop drawings.
4. Monitor Fabrication Contractor's Gap Engineering, Production Shop Drawing, fabrication and procurement work order progress, including tracking of revision issuance due to change instruction by company.
5. Analyze Fabrication Contractor's Gap Engineering and Production Engineering schedule and work processes; report out on key metrics, identify issues/vulnerabilities.
6. Work with Site Engineering Leadership team and Fabrication Contractor's Engineering team to develop and implement action plan to drive improvement and efficiency in systems.
7. Coordinate inputs from Engineering team to prepare reports and revise technical documentation when required.
8. Extract, manipulate and import data to systems, using applications such as Excel, Access and similar tools to generate reports.
9. Identify solutions to problems in assigned task and ensure timely delivery of all assigned task.
10. Carry out any other reasonable duties when requested by a line manager
* Understand KPI targets and monitor progress and have a perspective towards the contractor focus on meeting targets.

The Company:
Joining a Multi-national team based in one of the World's Largest Fabrication yards, this is an exciting long term (3 years+) role for an experienced Engineering Planner be part of a World Class Development.
The role will be based in Okpo, Okpo on a local basis (No Visa Sponsorship Available) and will report to the Reporting to Fabrication Engineering Manager - Korea for this World Class Project

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* The candidate must be a strong leader with a demonstrated ability to understand and measure work flow processes and an ability to influence Fabricator Contractor's shop drawing team by articulating priorities.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* The ability to successfully collaborate within a multi-cultural environment
* Ability to plan, organize, priories and work independently
* A careful eye for detail and works to a high degree of accuracy whilst maintaining output
* Able to understand, evaluate and apply technical information
* Advanced knowledge in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office software; specifically, Microsoft Excel and Access Databases (VBA, Macro, Pivot Tables and Queries).
* Extensive knowledge of Fabrication Contractor's engineering shop drawing production, work order system and change management processes.
* Extensive knowledge of Fabricator Contractor's fabrication and erection work sequence/ workflow.
* Working knowledge
