The Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives
* Observe for unsafe acts / unsafe conditions and raise observation cards.
* Participate in Behavioural Based Safety (BBS).
* Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and trades personnel.
* Compliance with Ethics policies.
* Carry out all task in accordance with Project Execution and Site Engineering procedures.
* Reporting on a day-to-day basis to the Fabrication Engineering Coordinator
* Interaction, facilitation and coordination with key information providers and stakeholders including the Fabrication Contractors, the Fabrication Delivery team, Engineering and Commissioning / Turnover teams
* Training/knowledge of specific software being used by FGP
* Key activities:
1. Responsible for overall execution coordination of the Marine 3D model development for Production Engineering and Gap Engineering for Fabrication with the oversight of the Fabrication Engineering Coordinator.
a) Coordinate with stakeholders (Home Office Engineering, Fabrication Contractor) to ensuring that transition of model information is performed in a timely manner, meeting contractual requirements.
b) Oversee Fabrication Contractor work processes through regular audit reviews to ensure compliance with the Project Specification, Fabricator's Execution Plan for 3D modeling, identify deficiencies and recommended solutions.
c) Oversee model development activities by Fabrication Contractor meets contract requirements for Production Engineering; Gap Engineering (EHT design, Instrument and process tubing, field routed trays), MDS support production, Destack/shiploose scope of work.
d) Assist in facilitating model review sessions for Production and Gap Engineering workscope, perform pre-review audits to confirm scope of work completion, and readiness for review. Participate in all model review sessions.
e) Validate the Marine progress reporting by Fabrication Contractor.
f) Clash management:
1. Review, monitor and report on clash resolution process by Fabrication Contractor.
2. Confirm that correct SID volumes are being use by the Fabrication coordinator.
3. Assist in clash resolution by providing recommended solutions and coordinating with Home Office Engineering to reach agreement.
g) Change control and management:
1. Develop strategies in tracking alignment between 3D Model and AFC deliverables, including any approved changes.
2. Conduct verification (accuracy & timeliness) activities to ensure issued changes are incorporated into Fabrication Contractors 3D model for shop drawing production.
h) Oversee the Copy Module initiative from a model integrity perspective; develop plans and workflows for implementation to support copy module process.
i) Weight Reporting and MTO - Review model attributes to support accurate weight and MTO reporting by the Fabrication Contractor.
j) Follow up on 3D model related assigned to Fabrication and Engineering Contractors.
2. Identify solutions to problems in assigned task and ensure timely delivery of all assigned task.
3. Carry out any other reasonable duties when requested by a line manager
* Understand KPI targets and monitor progress and have a perspective towards the contractor focus on meeting targets.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
With a technical degree and with significant experience in 3D model management and software to oversee 3D model development by Fabrication Contractor for construction. The successful candidate will be able use his or her own initiative under general guidance from local and remote functional management.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in 3D modeling software and tools (SP3D, Navisworks) as a designer, model coordinator or as a model administrator.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* The ability to successfully collaborate within a multi-cultural environment
* A careful eye for detail and works to a high degree of accuracy whilst maintaining output
* Advanced knowledge in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office software; specifically, Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macro, Pivot Tables and Queries)
* Expert knowledge and use of Engineering Design Model tools (SP3D and Navisworks) and proficient in programming macros to extract data from model.
