Service Scope and Requirements

Act as the Information Management Data Coordinator as part of the client's Major Capital Project Information Management Team.

The position will be responsible for the following areas:
* Maintain ownership and accountability for maintenance of the Asset Data Specifications and provide consultation to all project disciplines on interpretation and implementation thereof
* Champion adherence to Asset Data Specifications and Standards to those who have a responsibility to provide asset data
* Build strong relationships with all project functions that use the Asset Data, providing consultation on Asset Data Requirements
* Leverage domain knowledge to proactively identify, analyse and propose solutions to engineering data management quality, integrity and completeness issues
* Proactively engage with the on-site Information Management team members to coordinate and support Asset Data related processes, queries and issues
* Maintain oversight of the EPC contractors responsible for providing data to ensure Asset Data requirements are being fulfilled and data integrity and quality is maintained
* Monitor and drive asset data completeness to meet Purchase Order, Contract and Project Scope closeout in preparation for transition to Operations
* Track project changes, ensuring changes and updates are incorporated in specs and procedures.
* Manage the integration of both inbound and outbound data to/from FGP asset data systems ensuring data quality and integrity is maintained
* Provide insights to the Data Analysts on project priorities and areas of Data requiring investigation
* Assess the impact of Technical Exceptions and Requests for Information on Asset Data, and provide advice and guidance on responses to them


Competencies and Experience Required

* 5 years' experience working in an oil and gas construction Project environment with a strong knowledge of engineering concepts and data
* 5 years' experience of engineering asset data/tag management
* Technical competencies in database query and data manipulation skills
* Knowledge of Asset Data collection processes used on MCPs
* Knowledge of Asset Data usage during the Construction and Commissioning phases of an MCP
* Experience of eB as an Asset Data systems is an advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated collaboration, innovation, and a drive for improvement "
