The Role:
Work closely with IT support technician role to ensure IT hardware is accounted for in equipment Inventory
Follow PC asset management procedures (inventory, billing, repair/return)
Ensure IT processes and procedures are followed and create processes for the proper execution of the IT support function
Provide 1st and 2nd level support including Break/Fix troubleshooting, resolving routine and complex problems to their root cause.
Respond promptly to customer problems reported to the IT Help Desk and provides timely & professional quality service to customers.
Communicate professionally with clients, identify the problem, resolve or escalate the problem.
Conduct brief end-user training while on support calls, as necessary
Track helpdesk tickets and IT SLA's.
Escalate issues and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Creates weekly and monthly reports and provides status of the IT delivery function.
Help facilitate IP/IRM with project SMEs
Technical assistance to customers, other IT Teams and Infrastructure
Support Team members.
Ensure the Information Protection of our Systems, Data, and follow evergreen processes
Request assistance from experienced staff members to resolve customer problems promptly and effectively.
