Synopsis:
The Operations Centre Coord will be responsible for the development and operation of the Ops Centre. This will include the development of supporting processes, documentation and reporting as the Ops Centre evolves and the integration of the planning cycle and 'Information Functionality' and will be required to assist in any additional training requirements. The role will be a 9x80 on the opposite cycle to the Operations Centre Lead, ensuring maximum coverage during the working week.

Role:
The Operations Centre Coord will be responsible for the development and operation of the Ops Centre. This will include the development of supporting processes, documentation and reporting as the Ops Centre evolves and the integration of the planning cycle and 'Information Functionality' and will be required to assist in any additional training requirements. The role will be a 9x80 on the opposite cycle to the Operations Centre Lead, ensuring maximum coverage during the working week.

Responsibilities:
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
* Support the development and establishment of the Operations Centre, to include support to Garner development, testing and implementation.
* Maintaining the Execution Daily Log.
* Internal process management and operations coordination.
* Collation of daily reports and ensuring that actuals are captured for feedback into Garner, where they fall outside the system.
* Support and management of external and internal reporting.
* Support to the Information Manager in the development of the Information/Knowledge functionality.
* Maintain oversight of Garner Movement books and ensure aligned with the Schedule utilising the Systems Navigator live model input.

* Materiel Management
* Logistics HES / IIF

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Previous experience in logistics and supply chain operations management.
* Previous Military experience is beneficial for this role.
* Be able to work to strict deadlines and provide detailed reports.
* Strong communication skills; briefing skills and written communication to be excellent
* High level of competence in MS Office: Access, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, particularly SharePoint
* Excellent information management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skill; able to build relationships and communicate with every level of employee in a personable and professional manner.
* Excellent understating of IT systems and their incorporation into the Ops Centre.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Team player, able to propose better ways of collaborative working.
* Will be able to work in a team environment and brief Senior Management as required.

Preferred Skills/Attributes:
* Previous Military Experience Desirable
* Oil and/or Gas Industry
