The Role:
Experience required : 15-20 year's experience in oil and gas industry with previous experience working in a lead role on a major capital project.
Field background within Automation engineering / construction / testing of process automation systems.
Proven ability to establish safe working culture and commits to and champions the implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
Managing the MAC in site coordination and implementation of automation equipment and hardware modification, balancing schedule /resources to ensure milestones are met. Prioritising activities and breaking down barriers to enable MAC to achieve the joint goals by influencing others.
Work with engineering team to develop / review installation procedures for constructability.
Report progress to the Asset Construction / SC lead on progress of outstanding work which is required to be completed to support mechanical completion schedule dates
Ensure MAC technical support is available to meet the project needs.
Scheduling reviews with the Construction Lead to ensure construction requirements are met on procured equipment. Ensuring technical support is available to meet the project needs.
Lead multi-skilled teams in the safe execution of construction and installation activities. Commits to and champions the implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture
