The Role:
Joining a Multi-national team based in one of the World's Largest Fabrication yards, this is an exciting long term (2 years+) role for an experienced Materials and Site Temps Coordinator to be part of a World Class Development.
The role will be based in Shinhan, Ulsan City on an Expat basis (Visa Sponsorship Available) or local hire and will report to the Completions Manager - Shinhan for this World Class Project

* Engage contracting staff and promote CPY Safety Initiatives and provide HSSE leadership in area of responsibility.
* Fully support and participate in the Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and trades personnel.
* Compliance with Ethics policies.
* Co-ordinate any CSU Materials and site temporary equipment to meet the Commissioning schedule
* Ensure all temporaries used to support CSU activities meet project safety standards and have been approved for use on the project.
* Working closely with contractor to ensure all temporaries are suitably manned and available to meet CSU schedules
* Conduct routine worksite walk downs and temporaries review.
* Working closely with the site Preservation teams, ensure preservations are removed in preparation of pre-com testing and energization.
* Ensure all equipment is re-preserved post commissioning activities in preparation for module de-stacking and transportation.
* Ensure any equipment taken from stores to facilitate commissioning are returned and managed by site materials management team.
* Maintain a suitable tracking register of all materials / temporaries used throughout commissioning.
* Direct line with purchasing to manage purchase of any consumables required for commissioning are available.
* Manage equipment first fill register and ensure all products are in line with project and vendor recommendations.
* Manage any products required for commissioning purposes including suitable storage and protection of. Maintain MSD sheet for all items.
* Reporting to Systems Completion Manager

The Company:
A multi-national Oil and Gas Operator involved in a World Class Expansion Development being fabricated in Korea.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Trade Certificate and or Degree / Diploma in same vocation (completed post-secondary or higher education)
* Knowledge of trade standards essential

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* A minimum of 10+ years of experience with a proven ability to work with contractor personnel in a mentoring/developmental role
* Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations
* High critical thinking/reasoning ability
* Effective communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
* Previous Modular Build and Korean Fabrication Yard Experience
