The Company:
An operating company.

The Role:
Must have the skills to:
Manage the efficient operations of the support functions of the Project
Team.
Provide direct management of the Administration, Information
Technology, Information Management and Cost Management teams.
Manage site support activities, planning and execution.
Approve visit and meeting agendas
Manage the OnShore OC / SSP
Implement and maintain personnel management systems in accordance with project policies and procedures to ensure:
The preservation and protection of all sensitive contact lists and Project Team documentation
Effective and efficient mobilization and demobilization of Project Team personnel
Compliance with Client/Project network requests (access, WP update; CAIs, laptops, etc).
The management of project documentation including accountability, archiving, retention and disposal of TCO/FGP records.
Develop an efficient cost management model and controls in accordance with project policies and procedures.
Act as principle contact point for Industrial Relations(IR) matters and issues arising in the project office environment.
Establish an IR program and system of reporting.
Act as principle point of contact for project Subcontractors in personnel and facilities support matters.
Oversee the efficient implementation of travel and rotational plans for all project team members, sponsors, VIP and visitors.
Oversee project on-boarding training arrangements between/for Client and Contractors.
Develop mentoring and development programs for subordinate staff including both expat and national team members and provide evaluation to the Onshore Delivery Manager.
Act as a core member of the site Emergency Response Team.
Engage personnel at all levels across functional disciplines
Work independently without any external support
Use feedback for improvement of own performance
Facilitate teamwork by setting an example (behaviour, communication)
Write and speak in clear and persuasive manner, using corresponding arguments, style and language
Effectively communicate with a multinational workforce and promote a productive culture
Have the skills of active listening
Facilitate and lead safety/toolbox meetings


Responsible for:
Execution, quality and timeliness of his/her job functions provided by the job description, within the limits of applicable ROK legislation
Compliance with labor discipline, safety, labor protection and fire safety requirements
Integrity of work documentation and compliance with data privacy requirements in terms of information received in the process of performing his/her job functions
Compliance with internal regulatory documents, company rules and procedures/policies
Timely informing immediate supervisor regarding potential and identified risks for the company business
Material damage (loss) caused to the company by his/her activities (inactivities) related to performing the job functions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent in management (preferred, not mandatory)
Higher education in relevant field
Work experience
5-7 years of office management experience. TCO experience is a preference.
PC knowledge and skills
Superior PC knowledge Proven
ability to use Microsoft Office suite
(Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.)
