The Role:
Joining a Multi-national team based in one of the World's Largest Fabrication yards, this is an exciting long term (2 years+) role for an experienced PFF(Project Functional & Freight) and Customs Coordinator (Korea) to be part of a World Class Development.
The role will be based in Okpo, Geoje on a Local basis (No Visa Sponsorship available) and will report to the Reporting to the Functional & Freight Delivery Manager -Okpo, Korea for this World Class Project

Responsibilities:
- Comply with Company policies, plans and procedures.
- Support and develop IFF culture by Contractor and their subcontractors
- Oversight of PPF Contractors activities in Korea including but not limited to the following;
o Delivery of materials to Company fabrication contractor
o Discharge, storage and delivery of materials via charter vessels
o Movement of materials between PFF Contractor laydown and storage yards to various fabrication yards in Korea by road and barge
- Liaise with and coordinate activities between Company Materials management team based in Korea and PFF contractor
- Liaise with and coordinate activities with the PFF team based in Farnborough UK
- Liaise with and coordinate activities with the PFF ship loose team based in Farnborough UK
- Work with Farnborough based operations teams to determine mode of transportation to suit cost and transit requirements.
- Manage day to day FF activities in accordance with FF Contract T&C's and Exhibits
- Represent Company at vessel discharges, loadouts and barge movements as required
- Support Company MPM team as required
- Develop plans and procedures for daily work routines and file retention
- Alignment and automation of reporting functions
- Become proficient with Projects On Line (POL)
- Assist with cost estimates, check estimates and cost control,
- Interface with cross functional teams (Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Procurement) to implement / resolve schedule requirements

Minimum Years of Industry Specific Experience:
5-10 years experience of logistics administration within an EPC/Client environment

Required Skills/Attributes:
- High level of competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Experienced in leading and developing a team

Preferred Skills/Attributes:
- A high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, as well as a proactive and flexible work ethic
- Experience within the Oil & Gas industry and working within a joint venture, multi office project team
- Freight Forwarding background
- Experience and competence in business and technical document writing and administration
