The Role:
Communicate the construction requirements to MAC contractors' and staff ensuring compliance and conformance with the safety plan, quality plan and Project requirements
Management and guidance of Construction Management supervision to ensure site productivity and efficiency result in meeting contract targets
Direct interface with Project Engineering management to ensure Project technical requirements are met and implemented in the field.
Direct interface with Systems Completion management to ensure Project system based deliverables in alignment with the Project Schedule
Develops and directs solutions to complex multifunction technical issues.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction managers and engineers within the MAC scope.
Provide daily supervisory direction to enable Construction Manager's surveillance checks and records, ensuring that contractors' management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permit procedures, protective equipment, experienced / qualified supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets
Routinely study, check, review and validate the discipline scope of work against the appropriate Contract Requisition to ensure the Contractors correctly interpret and comply with the latest revision AFC drawings, quantities, and specifications
Perform other tasks upon request from the Control and Power Systems Senior Project Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The MAC project Manager is required to possess the following skills/qualifications:
Extensive track record of managing automation related construction activities within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English language.
A degree in a relevant technical discipline is required
Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to supervise multidiscipline project teams
Read, understand and communicate project's codes and standards, drawings, specifications and contract documents.
Highly motivated individual who can work independently and participating with high performance team.
Working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and
Minimum 20 years of experience
