The Role:
Fircroft are seeking a Quality Commissioning Supervisor for a long term project in Kazakhstan

Duration: on-going contract
Location: Tengiz
Accommodation/Flights: Provided
Rotation: 4x4
Day Rate: TBC

The 3GP Site CSA Inspector is required to possess the following skills/qualifications:
Track record of quality control related work experience, preferably within
Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Russian and English
A degree in a relevant technical discipline is highly required.
Able to work as an interactive member of a multicultural
Read, understand and communicate project's codes and standards,
drawings, specifications and contract documents.
Highly motivated individual who can work independently and participating
with high performance team.
Working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and
Power Point.
Review Contractors completed quality records for compliance with RoK
standards and correct completion/signatures
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of recognized codes such as American
Concrete Institute (ACI) and Uniform Building Code (UBC) or equivalent
Service Scope
Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives
through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and
trades personnel.
Adhere to and support TCO Health, Safety & Environmental and
Sustainability Policies
Ensure that documentation is being completed, signed off, and compiled
as the work progresses so as to support turnover and record retention
activities at the project site.
Review and approve contractor's quality programs and inspection and test
plans submitted per contract requirements; identify appropriate hold or
witness points on inspection and test plans
Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to
problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or
project objectives and guidelines
Organize and prioritize a variety of assignments and multiple tasks in an
effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Ensures proper operation of all systems and equipment.
Ensures effective application of all strategic Commissioning & Turnover
tools, techniques and programs i.e.; Commissioning Manual, Field
Reference Guidelines, Manufacturers' recommendations, Current
completions program, standard industry practices, etc.
Verify that the site nondestructive
evaluation program implemented on
site complies with the codes, standards, and specifications
Determine the need for inspection tools and equipment and establishes
proper calibration parameters for these items
Develop sitespecific
quality procedures as necessary to support the
Stay current with technical developments in area of expertise and is aware
of changes to codes, standards, and specifications that may affect project
work Perform any other duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global
Provide construction audit input to the project audit plan and coordinate
with the project Quality representative
Assist site manager with resolution of client complaints that are
Provide coaching or mentoring of Contractor's Quality Inspectors
