The Role:
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Operations POP Site, ensuring all deliverables comply with the required requirements, as set out under the specific requirements of the deliverable progress measurement system.
Manage and control all Additions, Changes and Deletions to the POP Site in accordance with POP Governance. Ensuring a concise account is maintained of all Additions, Changes and Deletions to the POP CMS webpage for auditing purposes.
Prepare all relevant review documents and deliverables onto the POP SharePoint site for Operations Readiness Reviewers.
Ensure all access to SharePoint is controlled utilizing the GLAM system.
Ensure adherence to the POP deliverable Progress Measurement System, flagging any inconsistencies to the POP Advisor.
Provide the initial point of contact for all POP SharePoint Issues within the Operations Team.
Conduct in-house (Operations only) SharePoint training as required.
Provide (when requested) Input into the Ops Leads Team (OLT) meeting, provide feedback and updates on current progress status and planning priorities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Technical Qualifications:
* Degree / Diploma or equivalent background
* Minimum of 7 years proven work experience in Oil & Gas Environment - with an understanding of the Project Environment / Lifecycle, especially Major Capital Projects (MCP).
* Experience Relationship databases and work flows
* Experience with Facility Acceptance requirements - in line with country regulation
* Technical evaluation of Regulatory compliance issues as related to the Operations Readiness to Startup
Non-Technical skills:
* Good appreciation of leadership skills.
* Good team-working abilities.
* Excellent Organizational skills.
* Financial Awareness
* Strong Technical / Analytical Skills
* Self-Starter with multitasking capabilities
