The Role:
An RoK Passports Coordinator is required to provide Project equipment passports oversight, advise on equipment passports issues, monitor and track progress and status of equipment passports, identify gaps, and provide specialist advice in the field of Equipment passports. This positions reports to RA Passports and Registration Supervisor and Responsibilities include:
* Primary task is to monitor, track and provide KPIs on supplier equipment passports, advise where rework is required and quantify the outstanding work
* Interface with Passports contractor, allocation, review and acceptance of work
* Day to day passports contract administration on behalf of Supervisor as required
* Review supplier equipment passports in POL, provide comments, and where necessary correct passports submitted by suppliers.
* Assist in updating of Technical Passports Specifications for FGP Project in line with latest RoK Legislation, as well as Project and Base Operations Requirements
* Ensuring that all equipment across the Project requiring a mandatory format passport, either for internal registration or registration with DES is correctly identified and passports compiled for them
* Assist RA Passports & Registration Supervisor in setting up and maintaining processes, procedures, tracking and reporting tools relevant to equipment passports
* Development of strategies, plans, schedules, procedures as directed by RA Passports & Registration Supervisor and provide advice and recommendations regarding equipment passports
* Plan, organize and implement processes for equipment passports
* Review of material requisitions and contracts scopes of work to ensure correct RoK Passport requirements are placed upon suppliers and contractors
* Expediting of equipment passports from suppliers and contractors
* Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and Interfacing with Procurement to Engineering to obtain required information to ensure all passports are filled in correctly
* Provide support, advice and suggestions to Certification Group Lead as requested to ensure smooth running of passports process
* Assist in resolving issues related to passports scope, and interface with other Project groups and Base Operations as directed by RA Passports & Registration Supervisor
* Support CMP team in general as required
* Participate in progress meetings with Contractors and Suppliers to expedite the timely completion of the passports process
* Provide input to weekly and monthly reports
* Willing to travel to other countries and to Tengiz site as and when required for progress and organizational meetings

The Company:
Our client is a Central Asian state operator in partnership with major oil and gas operators.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Shall be educated to degree level in a technical discipline. Must be a strong communicator, fluent in both English and Russian languages, with ability to use tact and garner support from all stakeholders. Minimum 6 years previous experience on major oil and gas projects is essential. Shall be experienced in working with equipment passports and a specialist in industrial safety requirements and passports or keen to learn.
