The Role:
The Change Management Analyst's responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
* Assist the Change Management Lead with the control and coordination of the Project Management of Change (PMOC) and Cost Engineering Management of Change (CEMOC) activities within the Construction teams.
* Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the 2 systems and their data requirements and formats.
* Assist others in the development of PMOC and CEMOC forms, perform assurance reviews on documents prior to circulation for approval.
* Maintain registers and reports on PMOC / CEMOC activity and status.
* Review and reconcile PMOC / CEMOC data with construction cost and schedule reports.
* Liaise with other Project Teams to ensure that multiteam documents are consistent and that all stakeholders are aware and consulted
* Ensure that PMOC's and CEMOC's are tracked and closed out upon completion.
* Establish and help facilitate regular MOC review meetings
* Assist in providing estimates for the changes (where appropriate information is available).
* Undertake adhoc reviews and analysis as directed by Project Controls Management.
* Perform any other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Track record of change management or project controls related work experience, preferably within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
* Good communication and presentation skills in Russian and English languages.
* A degree in a relevant technical discipline is highly desired.
* Able to work as an interactive member of a multicultural team.
* Read, understand and communicate project's codes and standards, drawings, specifications and contract documents.
* Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently and participating with high performance team.
