The Role:
Position: Compliance Manager (BOT /AMLO/ PDPA/ IT Risk Assurance) - Banking or Fin-Tech

Key Competencies: Knowledgeable Bank of Thailand, Anti Money Laundering, Personal Data Protection Act and Coordinating with IT Risk Assurance.

Job Scope: The Compliance Manager provides supports in compliance aspect and make sure that all company services and products complied with the Bank of Thailand and the Anti-Money Laundering Office regulations. This position holder has to collaborate all audit activities as well as ensure all IT processes and technology initiatives followed the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).


To support in compliance aspect and follow-up relevant legislations, regulations and implement applicable requirements from the Bank of Thailand and the Anti-Money Laundering Office
To correspond with relevant regulatory agencies and recommend corrective action and suggest improvement.
To identify and plan for development of further business opportunities and deliver value added measurement.
To plan and execute audit engagements, including identify and analyze IT system, IT operation processes, key risks and controls; determine audit scope; evaluating control design adequacy; and testing control performance.
To coordinate with other members and executives in order to conduct the IT audit program
To monitor data privacy risks arising in the Company activities.
To raise awareness on how data privacy law affect data processing requirements and conduct a training and assessments.
To carry out other duties and special assignments as assigned by the Management Team.

5 years experienced in legal and compliance.
Experienced with AML and PDPA is a plus.
Thai nationality and fluent in English.
Experienced with Fintech or payment business preferred.
