The Role:
Are you a season sales/consulting executive who has experience of developing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans? Have you successfully executed these strategies in order to help hit annual revenue targets and understand market trends?

If so, then a role working for a specialist engineering business who are involved in the manufacture of a bespoke product ,for a wide variety of different markets could well be worth applying for.

Key responsibilities of this role include:


- Designing and developing a business development strategy for the whole business
- Conduct complex analysis in order to try and find new market opportunities
- Investigate existing products and services so they can be compared with competitors
- Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team with your market knowledge of where they could potentially generate more revenue
- Help to handle business operations and activities and also oversee the implementation of key project wins
- You will build and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that new strategies are followed
- You will identify new opportunities within the market our client operate in

The Company:


Our client are of SME size, with their bespoke offering well suited for a wide variety of safety critical markets. They are looking to grow their revenue streams across the globe and this is a key appointment for their business.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:


- A confident and experienced sales professional who has a driven personality and a hunger for success
- Proven knowledge of the industrial engineering market and solid previous tenures with outstanding achievements needed in each role
- Previous experience of designing and developing sales strategies across multiple channels including on a global basis
- An engineering degree with further qualifications such as an MBA or Masters would make you a stand out candidate for the role
- A background in industrial engineering is pre-requisite
