The Role:
Are you an Engineering Manager with experience of leading and developing teams? Do you have experience of new product introduction and manufacturing changes in the highly regulated aerospace market?

If so, then a role working our client could well give you a fresh start in your career.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Leading a manufacturing engineering team to ensure the delivery of key NPI projects
- Coaching and mentoring the use of six sigma tools and techniques in the team
- You will improve and execute the effectiveness of NPI execution
- Develop a clear development process of manufacturing processes
- You will have responsibility for ensuring that all engineering activity has a clear focus and promoting best working practices
- Using your leadership skills honed from previous roles you will develop team members to be the best they can be

The Company:
Our client is a leading supplier of engineering products to the aerospace industry with a global presence.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven experience of leading teams in an engineering environment (ideally aerospace)
- Working knowledge NPI processes ideally in an aerospace environment
- You will have a strong working knowledge and understanding of process control and problem solving techniques
- Excellent people skills and a proven ability to develop a team of engineers

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- A degree or 10 years experience of professional engineering management would make you a stand out candidate for the role
