The Role:
I am currently recruiting for a monitoring technician for the North West which is for a National Client. Reporting to the Monitoring Manager the role will be depot & site based. The roles primary purpose is to assist monitoring team members preparing, installing and commissioning monitoring instrumentation schemes and equipment on sites.

To meet this purpose you will need to:
* Design installation drawings and installation procedures for low risk simple instrumentation solutions for customers in accordance with our Client's quality, health and safety and environmental procedures.
* Site installation of monitoring equipment in accordance with customer requirements.
* Carry out testing, calibration and maintenance of monitoring equipment to enable the project engineer to maintain timely and accurate records.
* Contribute to the development projects with the team to produce innovative schemes and identify new areas of business
* Work in accordance with our Client's SHEQ policies to ensure schemes are safety designed with a focus on environmental performance.
* Provide and maintain high levels of customer service to exceed customer expectations.
* Create picking lists for the depot for each monitoring scheme

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
If you are ready for your next meaningful move, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
* Electrical or Electronics experience
* Preferably Electrical / Electronic NVQ Level 3 qualified
* Preferably 17th Edition/ Wiring and Inspection qualified
* A demonstrable and enthusiastic passion for engineering solutions
* Demonstrable experience of layout and wire control panels or systems experience
* Panel wiring and cabling experience
* Efficient use of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
* Ability to work from drawings
* Full UK driving licence
* You must be legally entitled to work in the UK
