The Role:
Responsibilities:

*Overarching responsibility over site project management.
*Liaise effectively with technical, logistics, legal and financial teams to ensure the project progresses on time, on budget and with appropriate quality control.
*Lead the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
*Manage the technical and project management team to ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects.
*Manage sub-contractors and service partners ensuring clear strategy and goals across all entities.
*Identify and implement best practice approach to construction.
*Implement and maintain operational health and safety guidelines.
*Liaise efficiently with internal and external stakeholders providing timely reporting on project progress.

The Company:
Fircroft is supporting the hire of a Project Director for an energy project in the Ukraine, this is a full-time role reporting into the Head of Global EPC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the energy sector, strong technical understanding and excellent management skills.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Requirements:

*Extensive experience with a strong track record in delivering solar and renewable projects.
*Deep technical knowledge of all elements of renewable construction and operation.
*English language
*Russian Language capability.
*The successful candidate will demonstrate and enthusiastic and flexible mindset to problem solving.
*Willingness to travel.

This role requires Fluent or Native, RUSSIAN LANGUAGE CAPABILITY.
