Job Overview/Responsibilities
The Corporate Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day Human Resource functions for the Corporate office spanning the entire life cycle of the employee. Particular focus on employee benefits from a Corporate standpoint.

* Implement HR policy and procedure for the Corporate office.
* Assist EVP in benefit plan design as well as in the rollout of company benefit plans across the company.
* Talent sourcing and recruiting for both permanent and direct hire placements with proper approvals.
* Act as liaison to temp hiring service companies.
* Responsible for thorough and compliant onboarding of employees .
* Responsible for accurate and current data in the Namely system.
* Must be knowledgeable on all benefit plans and how to administer them (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FMLA, 401k, etc.).
* Lead the employee events committee.
* Responsible for all administrative and file compliance (personnel file, I-9 compliance, etc.).
* First level of contact for personnel issues.
* Work closely with Managers and Employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
* Manage through terminations with Managers ensuring proper documentation. Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
* Implement, maintain, and monitor all training and development processes, including special HR projects as assigned.
* Administer and coach regarding cascading objectives, goals, and employee reviews.
* Participate in succession planning.
* Process biweekly payroll.
* Maintain current knowledge of HR law and compliance.
* Other duties as assigned.


Required Education/Skills/Experience
* BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
* SHRM certification a plus
* Must have at least Five (5)+ years of HR Generalist experience
* Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information, high attention to detail & a high level of discretion
* Ability to integrate with all levels of management effectively and professionally
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
* Prefer candidates who have experience in a management or generalist role within a Human Resources department with experience in file management, benefits, HRIS Systems, LOA administration
* Effective communicator, both verbal and written
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with payroll system "Namely" is preferred but not essential
* Ability to travel domestically up to 15% (travel is not the norm, but may be required occasionally)
