The Role:

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design the required process flows
  2. Gather and evaluate UAT feedback
  3. Support the review process of the ERP Final Solution Design document
  4. Creation and maintenance of document templates
  5. Administration of databases and maintenance of checklists as required
  6. Support training delivery to other business units
  7. Assist in delivering Vendor Management projects
  8. Support in defining dashboards and KPI requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience within a procurement function
  • Exposure to ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion / R12)
  • Strong attention to detail and good data management skills
  • Good dashboard/template design skills and overall reporting skills
  • Process Mapping skills (MS Visio)
  • Middle East Experience is preferred
  • Desirable exposure to Procurement function
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procurement processes end to end/ knowledge of best practices
