The Role:
Job Description:
* Act as an Assistant Managing Director, responsible for managing business development.
* Assist the Managing Director to perform /supervising staff and employees as assigned.
* Give and advise or opinions to the Managing Director and involve in various problems which related to the duties and responsibilities or assigned.
* Supervise/Manage business development, marketing, construction, site management and project management.
* Define the strategy and direction of the strategic plan, as well as control the business development strategy plan, construction, building management, marketing and project management to achieve the objectives and policies as assigned.
* Collaborate with the senior management team to achieve company objectives
* Supervise the selection and management of outsourcing/service provider process.
* Joint the decision - making in the recruitment process.
* Manage the budget and work plan in accordance with the regulations.
* Develop deliberate understanding of the exhibition industry, portfolio and the future direction.
* Others ad hoc assignment

Qualification:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, MBA is a plus.
* At least 10 Years and experience in operations or process improvement to ultimate outcome and 5 years experience in management.
* Prefer experience in construction and property management.
* Must be a results-oriented, highly motivated individual , with Positive attitude person
* Well organized and prioritize and effective team player and Team Leadership abilities and motivation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
* Ability to travel and work non- traditional hours in different location or branches
* Good computer abilities
