The Role:
Lead an Integrated Planning Team through all planning horizons 14, 30, 90 day, 2 & 5 Years. Provide ownership, leadership and guidance for the development and implementation of all Integrated Planning & Scheduling Processes.

Accountabilities and End Results:
Responsible for delivering long, medium and short-term activity plans across operated assets. Driving the development and tracking of KPI's to realise efficiencies and maximise value.
* Supporting offshore to drive efficient execution of all planned activities
* Input, prioritisation and approval of task planning

Primary Functions:
* Responsible for delivering the Integrated Planning governance model and defining clear roles and responsibilities.
* Responsible for assisting in the delivery of the strategic (2-5yr) and delivering tactical (90day-24month) and operational (1week, 30day
- 90day) activity plans for all operated assets.
* Responsible for enforcing planning process stage gates
* Responsible for ensuring the Integrated Plan is optimised for production efficiency.
* Responsible for co-ordinating with the Marine, Aviation and Materials support services to optimise delivery of the tactical and operational plans
* Responsible for ensuring plan breakages (unplanned/urgent activity requests) are resolved in collaboration with Aviation, Marine and Materials functions.
* Responsible for driving continuous improvements to the Integrated Planning process
* Responsible for measuring Integrated Planning performance vs. Goals and Key Performance Indicators.
* Owner of the Integrated Planning Competency Matrix.
* Provides support for UK Integrated Planning Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1. Core Technical Experience
* Experience with developing, implementing and communicating business processes.
* Broad oil and gas background with significant operational and engineering experience. Overall understanding of entire value chain including projects, subsurface, HSE, logistics, procurement, design/construction, operation, maintenance/inspection
* Above average understanding of industrial equipment and machinery maintenance
* Previous experience in field planning and/or project management systems in hydrocarbon or similar industry
2. Qualifications
* Appropriate Technical Education or Engineering Degree
