The Role:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide planning and work scope preparation support to the asset team for managing significant campaign maintenance activities. The role is responsible for developing the detailed plans, manning forecasts and progress reporting for the associated activities. The role works closely with the asset team through all aspects of work preparation through to execution and subsequent after-action review and close out if required.

Primary Functions & Dimensions:
* Responsible for executing the integrated planning process for campaign maintenance activities
* Responsible for ensuring the impact of scope addition or growth is incorporated, understood and communicated.
* Responsible for ensuring work packs/ scopes of work and materials are available for campaign outages.
* Responsible for preparing detailed campaign plans (i.e. major equipment outages for compression train, unit shutdowns, asset rectification campaigns, etc.).
* Responsible for the integration of functional campaign plans.
* Responsible for ensuring the campaign plans are optimised for production efficiency.
* Responsible for detailed progress reporting for campaigns.
* Responsible for maintaining baselined plans.
* Responsible for ensuring Marine, Aviation and Materials support is identified.
* Responsible for measuring campaign planning performance vs. Goals and Key Performance Indicators.
* Provides support for Shutdown Planner, Asset Planners and Schedulers as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1. Core Technical Experience
* Appropriate experience in planning and / or project management systems in hydrocarbon or similar industry.
* Above average understanding of industrial equipment and machinery maintenance.

2. Qualifications
* Professional qualification preferred but not essential
* Experience in key planning tools (Primavera)
