The Role:
Accountable for customer and project interface management such that flowlines are predictably delivered and optimised to meet business objectives.

* Ensure that all Engineering and Construction activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
* Develop project budget portfolio and sponsor project approvals with project champions and partners.
* Ensure contractor creates robust cost and schedule predictions
* Contribute to the development of goals required to meet project portfolio objectives for the Engineering and Construction contract such that there is a clear plan of priorities
* Ensure project portfolio has the most effective possible procurement and implementation strategy such that business objectives are being met.
* liaise with asset planners to create optimal project delivery within the asset integrated plan
* Facilitate project portfolio delivery through the development and implementation of interface communication strategies
* Develop and implement procedures as required to enable successful project execution
* Promote and manage co-ordination with Engineers and TAs in the development of engineering changes or specific project workscopes to ensure successful scope execution
* Ensure project documentation is closed out
* Provide routine project progress and performance reporting to key stakeholders

Challenges

(i) Maintaining industry leading performance in HSE throughout all activities
(ii) Working in an execution environment, ensuring that the critical priority items are quickly identified and prioritised for implementation
(iii) Working with design contractor / teams to maintain schedule, procurement and workpacks are ready for implementation
(iv) Minimising any negative impact on production performance from planned or unplanned modifications
(v) Supporting design contractor / integrated teams in a collaborative and inclusive manner

* Educated to Master's degree level
* Working towards Chartered Engineer status
