The Role:
Accountable for all aspects of project management such that the execution of each scope or project is technically optimised, safely and predictably delivered to meet business objectives.

Primary Functions:

* Ensure that all Engineering and Construction activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
* Collaborate closely with Asset Integrity and Offshore Operations to ensure optimal solutions are developed for anomaly rectification in a time efficient manner.
* Contribute to the development of goals required to meet project portfolio objectives such that there is a clear plan of priorities.
* Develop project budget portfolio and sponsor project approvals with project champions and partners.
* Ensure project portfolio has the most effective possible procurement and implementation strategy such that business objectives are being met.
* Facilitate project portfolio delivery through the development and implementation of interface communication strategies.
* Provide routine project progress and performance reporting to key stakeholders.
* Ensure contractor creates robust cost and schedule predictions.
* Liaise with asset planners to create optimal project delivery within the asset integrated plan.
* Promote and manage co-ordination with Engineers and TAs in the development of engineering changes or specific project workscopes to ensure successful scope execution.
* Ensure project documentation is closed out.

(i) Working in a high-pressure environment, ensuring that critical items are identified and prioritised for rectification and
timely offshore implementation.
(ii) Minimising any negative impact on production performance from the execution of modifications scope.
(iii) Supporting internal / external contractors integrated teams in a collaborative and inclusive manner.
Other Information:

* Champion continuous improvement of procedures to advance project execution performance.
* Record critical project delivery data to generate performance metrics and use to continuously improve processes.

1. Core Technical Experience
* Engineering / Operations background

2. Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent years of experience
* Chartered Engineer

3. Personal Characteristics
* Strong focus on achieving the highest standards of Safety Performance
* Proactive approach to problem solving, attention to detail, high level of personal initiative and sense of urgency to meet deadlines and required deliverables
* Strong leadership and team working skills
* Excellent communication skills including ability to lead influence and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams

* Effective planning and organisational skills
* Strong collaboration and well-developed team-working skills
