The Role:
* Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
* Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
* Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
* Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or secretary
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Proficiency with computer systems, including experience with office management systems, and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
