The Role:
Product Manager - Fuels - South East based - EMEAI territory - Permanent position with competitive salary, bonus, onsite canteen, gym membership, share schemes and final salary pensions - yes you read that right, FINAL SALARY PENSION

The CEO is the grandson of the Co-founder for this near 100 year old family owned business - a business that is self-proclaimed as a "big-small company", competing in the dominating additives industry, providing solutions for fuels, lubricants, engines and more all over the world. This business makes up one of the top 4 in the industry and are quite literally global in every way.

This entrepreneurial type setting is a haven for motivated strategic business minded professionals who have the blend of marketing, sales, business development and commercial to really drive growth across the entire region.

You think you have what it takes?

What will you be doing?

* Modelling and executing marketing strategy for the product line
* Acquire, analyse and format data for stakeholder review, collaborate on initiatives to bring improvements to the business sales
* Collaborate across different business functions on sales and marketing initiatives
* Supporting the global marketing committee, sharing solutions and innovations with global counterparts
* Consulting with sales, customers and OEM's to identify customer requirements and expectations
* Working with the pricing team to monitor regions activity
* Supporting sales team with product demonstrations and technical specifications that align with customer requests
* Taking an entrepreneurial spirit and monitoring sales activity, improving and adopting tactics to ensure sales team achieve targets

What is required from you

* Degree educated in marketing, business or other related field
* Stable history of success in marketing focused sales and strategy roles
* Experience that is in the fuel, lubricant or oils industry
* B2B marketing experience

What would be added value?

* Marketing accreditations - CIM etc
* Additional spoken language - German
* Close connections to the fuel additive industry
