The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager for the operation and maintenance of a waste water treatment plant in Greece. Candidates who wish to apply should possess a minimum of five (5) years experience in the O&M of a WWTP and in particular also possess a minimum of two (2) years of special experience in the O&M of a WWTP with activated sludge and anaerobic digestion, and actual inlet load of at least 150,000 equiv. population, within in the last 8 years. This is a permanent position with the project expected to last for at least 3 years

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University degree
Previous experience of the Operation and/or Maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plants which must be supported by valid documentation as follows:

If the WWTP was owned and/or run by a public body (e.g. - ministry of public works etc) we will need an apostilled certificate from them confirming:
- your full name and academic degree
- the full name and location of the WWTP, including a brief description of the process (e.g. activated sludge, primary/secondary clarifiers, anaerobic digestors, sludge dewatering etc) average operating Flow (m3/d), organic load (Kg BOD/d) and equivalent population of WWTP (> 150.000 equiv. inhab.),
- positions held and the respective dates

If the WWTP was owned a public body but run by a contractor (e.g. - a utilities company), in addition to the above from the public body, we then need a reference letter from the utilities company confirming:
- your full name and academic degree
- the full name and location of the WWTP, including a brief description of the process (e.g. activated sludge, primary/secondary clarifiers, anaerobic digestors, sludge dewatering etc) average operating Flow (m3/d), organic load (Kg BOD/d) and equivalent population of WWTP (> 150.000 equiv. inhab.),

- positions held and the respective dates 

Must be able to read, write and speak English (mandatory)
