The Role:
JOB PURPOSE:
Providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, payroll, and employee counselling.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assist with Payroll, Contracts, Attendance, Leaves, Final Settlements, GOSI, Muqeem, Labor office & Government Relations.
2. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
4. Develop training and development programs
5. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
6. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
 Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
 2+ years of relevant experience.
 Excellent Arabic & English communication skills.
 Excellent understanding of Saudi labor laws and government policies.
