The Role:
1. Market client as a top-ranking firm with an ability to speak about the competitive benefit packaging.
2. Participate in activities to develop knowledge of the work environment, including culture, business objectives, goals, operations, work challenges, and career opportunities within various departments.
3. Consult with Managers on the overall hiring process, job requisition details, interview questions and selection criteria, priority fill/hard to fill positions, and regulating applicable tools.
4. Partners with Hiring Managers to forecast staffing needs quarterly and annually, reviewing turnover and 'new wins'. Trains hiring managers as needed.
5. Develops, executes and plans strategies to accomplish business objectives related to recruiting in conjunction with management. Helps determine recruitment strategy and advices on content of advertising campaigns (currently ADP, various job boards, and LinkedIn). Utilizes recruiting avenues such as job fairs, open houses, Texas Work Force Commission, Veteran Affairs in coordination with the HR Generalist.
6. Ensure positive applicant experience by managing the life-cycle of the selection process for requisitions within the organization. Including but not limited to: interviewing, assessing candidates, reference checks, pre-screening phone interview and recommending finalists, coordinating candidate interviewing with Hiring Manager and filling the staffing needs with defined service and performance criteria.
7.Ensure candidate job satisfaction by providing applicants with a realistic job view and follow up with hired individuals on a 30, 60, 90-day basis.
8. Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) through ADP.
9. Prepares and extends the job offer in coordination with the Hiring Manager, also including sign on bonuses, cell phone stipends, extra ETO, and any other incentives. Manages counter offers as necessary. Processes and submits to the HR Manager for Board Approval. Once approved, sending offer letter to the candidate and initiating the new hire process.
10. Report and monitor statistical information; prepares required reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) - Statistical information supporting the full life cycle of the recruiting function.*
11. Be involved in, and at times take a leading role, in the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies, programs, and procedures; lead/assist in shaping-up the delivery organization (back-end) to meet the Company's expectations.
12. Assists the HR Director with HR projects and other duties assigned.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
2. 5+ years recruiting experience able to fill multiple positions in different fields
3. Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
4. Strong influence and negotiation skills
5. Strong relationship building skills and ability to develop strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and the community
6. Advanced level skill with Microsoft Office suite, ADP, and LinkedIn
