The Role:
Key Accountabilities:
* Liaise with Staff and Branch Manager and other concern staff in handling and expediting the company
documentations from government authorities, companies, ROP, HSBC and banks as well as assist all new
arrival staff in the application of all require formalities and permits.
* Liaison with Government bodies & various private sectors and following up documents for submission and
approval.
* Ensure that all documentations are prepared for an employee who is joining the organization such as typing
application form for visa, Residents card etc. and also follow up needs to be done with R.O.P., Ministry of
Manpower, Directorate General of Residence & PASI.
* Take the employee and family for medical check-up in the Ministry of Health Department for processing the
Identity Card for non-Omanis.
* Obtain visas from various Embassies for employees to visit other countries for business trip.
* Attestation of release letter & Employment Contract with the Ministry of Manpower.
* Assist and Obtain government approvals for employee and company related activities.
* Pay all company utilities and ensure that the bills are regularly received in the every month.
* Deals with telephone connections, repair and all matter related to Communication authorities.
* Perform business transactions e.g. expense clearing, purchase order, service order, invoice verification as
request.
* Deliver the company's correspondence and any other documents to government, public, private parties and
bank.
* Collect the mail from the post office and also to mail all the correspondence of the company.
* Take care of incoming and outgoing documents. Ensure that all correspondences are registered for further
reference.
* Keep and maintain departmental database and document filing system.
* Maintain and ensure availability of department's stationary / equipments in stock to be ready for use at all times.
* Any other duties that may be requested by the Branch Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements :
* Vocational Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field with at least 3 years work experience on the
same job.
* Knowledge of government rules, regulations and procedures in particular on Labor and Immigration and resident
requirement.
* Knowledge in the Operation of all Civil Service Ministry, communication authorities, ROP, Muscat Municipality
and other Ministries.
* Valid Omani Driving License.
* Good Interpersonal communication Skills.
* Written and spoken English and Arabic are essential.
* Ability to operate PC and Office Application efficiently.
