The Role:
Provide A-built coordination expertise to the client; Manage all delivery streams in the relevant Assets and 3rd parties to ensure that all scopes is captured the As Built documentation and arrange hand-over to the receiving Asset Organization.

To implement and support the development of procedures for all aspects of As-built coordination within the client and their 3rd party contractors.

Implement a consistent and scaled approach, apply information management standards and provide expertise and advice to ensure best practice examples for as-built management are embedded across asset in all locations.



* Jointly with the IM lead identify, develop and implement all procedures and processes for as-built deliverables.
* Prioritize as built activities by site and criticality.
* Ensure all necessary data and documentation is as-built and ready to support operations and maintenance.
* Create best practice as built processes.
* Report as-built progress and any obstacles to successful completion.
* First line support for as-building issues.
* Manage the update and sync of as built information to company systems, such as BC Meridian, SharePoint etc.
* Ensure the quality of information meets company requirements.
Annually there are ca 50-100 million spend Projects & Modifications within the asset that require As-built coordination. The scope of work is Netherlands and United Kingdom.

* Management many projects simultaneously.
* Diverse organisation.
* Different contracting strategies
* Cross border execution.
* Position can be Uk based or NL with regular travel
* Considerable experience in IM / DC, and specifically as-building within project, maintenance and operation environments
* Experience of using Drawing management systems and other Microsoft applications.
* Experience of supporting Project, Engineering, Maintenance & Operation teams.
* Experience of BOTH Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
* Ability to plan and implement as-built activities
* Experience of Oil & Gas industry.
* Good Communication and inter-personal skills
Minimum of 4 years industry experience in As-built coordination on (Major)
Capital Projects, and of EPC contractor interface management.

Knowledge of cross-discipline engineering documents (requirements
and use) and discipline approval processes. Management of change process experience.

Knowledge of Records Management principles and implementation
methods.

Good written and oral communications.
