The Role:
Maintain fit for purpose Inventory holdings in line with business requirements and adjust settings accordingly.
Execute replenishment by running forecasting and analysis of known demand.
Optimise Inventory by reviewing and identifying dormant, excess & obsolescence.
Ensure materials are stored in line with the Inventory Policy, taking account of any specific requirement e.g. certification, preservation,
Ensure inventory is recognized and aligned with emergency/critical spares, planned requirements and maintenance strategies through effective business interfacing
Understand the supply chain arrangements and options that can support business requirements as an alternative to holding inventory
Escalate supplier performance matters to CP Leads and Contract Holders and contribute to business performance reviews
Liaise with e2e process colleagues including work preps, schedulers, expeditors, supply base, stores, logistics
Support projects, maintenance, mitigate threat to availability, turnarounds, pit stops, unplanned shutdowns & outages
