The Role:
Job Summary:

Primary asset focal point for subsea. Responsible for reliability, availability and integrity of Subsea Control system during the operate phase

Key Process requirements:
Ensure Safe Production (ESP)
* Contribute and own activities within the facility HSSE plan
* Ensure Regulatory compliance
* Support routine liaisons with statutory bodies, and other third parties
*Actively promote and use the Standard Workflows to "do the basics right first time"
* Comply with the Management of Change Process (e-MOC)
* Comply with the requirements of the PSIMM, 0153-001, 0184-001, 0186-001, 0188-001, 0188-002 and associated guidance manuals
* Meet DEM 1 & DEM 2 requirements for the Operate phase
* Ensure HSSE embedded in technical solutions
* Complete all mandatory HSSE training
* Participate and promote intervention initiatives

Maintenance Integrity Execution (MIE)
* Ensure subsea control system maintained in accordance with maintenance strategies
* Provide support at site for the installation, inspection, testing of new equipment
* Manage the execution of discipline related ACAL deliverables & critical document updates
* Monitor and facilitate subsea inspection (COABIS) anomaly review, action and close out
* Primary focal point for generation and facilitation of SPAIR process per quarter
* Provide subsea input to the annual pipeline and subsea asset class integrity assessment and reporting
* Check facility documentation remains up to date and highlight any discrepancies to the technical support engineer.
* Managed Life extension and obsolescence requirements for subsea including sparing strategies
* Ensure as-building of all modifications - including drawings, documents, COABIS, UMDB etc
* Conduct system fault finding activities and develop detailed scope of work for any necessary repairs or modifications.
* Assist with investigations of all failures and effect remedial actions to ensure learnings are implemented

Integrated activity Planning (IAP)
* Actively manage the status of SAP Subsea activities to ensure prompt closure of all WOs by LAFD.
* Manage corrective maintenance in accordance with IAP guidelines, minimising break ins
* Ensure Subsea activities are included in the Asset MRP and annual budget in line with the facility business plan
* Create PEF's and WRF's for all subsea inspection and maintenance activities
* Monitor asset and vessel operations IAPS plans and ensure alignment
*Manage Subsea activities within the agreed facility budget and provide monthly updates for accurate LE process.

Wells, Reservoir and facilities management (WRFM)
* Daily surveillance of subsea systems
* Comply with Operational Excellence guides specifically blades 12, 13, 17, 18, 24, 28
* Maintain/improve the subsea control system availability to 98%
