The Role:
Purpose and Accountabilities:
Act as the onshore focal point for the Wells execution team, to safely and efficiently deliver well abandonment campaign utilising a Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU). Responsible for the management of a large number of internal and external stakeholders and the planning, execution and handover of well abandonment activities.

Accountabilities:
* Reviewing and providing feedback on well programmes and ensuring correct notifications, etc. are in place.
* Planning upcoming operational requirements in terms of personnel, equipment, documentation and processes.
* Managing the WEIS staircase for all wells in execution and the efficient execution elements of the WEIS staircases for all wells in planning phase
* Raising and managing budgets for upcoming, in progress and completed wells.
* Providing technical and administrative support to ongoing operations in execution.
* Managing change to both well operations, HWU/rig equipment and inter-discipline projects.
* Performing After Action reviews to document and implement improvement opportunities.
* Preparing well close out and handover process and documentation and updating the PCAP.
* Providing updates to stakeholders in the form of hub updates and regular email updates.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience in Hydraulic Workover and/or Completion & Well Interventions operations.
* Knowledge of well programming and associated legislation.
* Experience in the Well Delivery Process, performance improvement planning and implementation.
* Stakeholder management skills
* Good HSSE leadership and communications skills
