The Role:
Our client requires an Administration Assistant to deliver a professional service that supports business priorities in the office in the Hague.

Admin procedure awareness
* Adheres to policies and procedures, including timeframes, for all milestones and requirements.
* Identifies improvement opportunities for IT, communications with Contractor and Perth office
* Researches current standards/policies/procedures, utilising all available resources.

Admin Support
* Completes tasks in a timely and professional manner.
* Helps FPU team and reacts appropriately.
* Communicate information to team as required
* Prepares and updates POB register
* Provides support on administration

It Competencies
* Utilises and stays current on available technology and company specific software and office equipment to carry out tasks efficiently.

Time Management
* Keep team updated on their schedule
* Coordinates planning, scheduling of meetings and events
* Keep FPU team updated on their schedule

Key Accountabilities
* Provide administrative assistance to the Delivery Manager and Project team
* Diary Management - Maintain meeting room calendar and provide calendar support where needed to project Team.
* Coordination of meetings, workshop/forums, and training requirements for the team
* Management of the POB Register and travel plans
* Organisation of PPE if required
* IT focal point for team.
* Liaise with Contractor's PAs, Perth and London administration
* Stationery focal point & Business Cards organisation
* Manage CLMS correspondence distribution to project team
* Assist with document creation and management
* Events management - coordinate team away days, dinners, drinks and services awards.
* Filing and printing of team documents.
* Assist team with time writing
* Provide support to site team navigating the Dutch language invoices, instructions emails etc

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Awareness of CLMS
* Use of DCP and JIRA
* Awareness of Microsoft office
* Advanced communication skills including proficient in the English language
* Intermediate organisation skills
* Ability to perform your role unsupervised
* Previous Project Administration experience preferred
