The Role:
We are recruiting for a Capability Analyst to work alongside key stakeholders in monitoring and maintaining the effectiveness if the Contractor Verification Service (CVS) ultimately ensuring contracts are accurately mobilising to operating facilities.

The position would be best suited to a candidate with strong communication skills and able to adapt to a diverse range of stakeholders.

The position is based in Perth with limited site travel as requested, working an initial 14 month contract

Acting as the CVS focal point responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Monitor and govern CVS plan in accordance with the Governance Plan
  • Liaise with key stakeholders ensuring they are aware of the CVS process
  • Provide advice to management, internal and external stakeholders on CVS
  • Identify gaps in the CVS process, CVS Position and Qualification requirements and recommend appropriate action
  • Manage change and communication activities associated with updates to CVS

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Similar experience within the Oil and Gas industry
  • High standard of written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing and managing small scale projects
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Enable and SuccessFactors
