The Role:
The Change Management Lead will join an ERP Transition Project team, responsible for all aspects of organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and communications across the Project.

The Change Management Lead will ensure that a range of innovative and transformative changes are strategically considered, planned, communicated and successfully managed.

We are ideally seeking an individual who has delivered a digital transformation piece, for a large complex organisation, where they have rolled out the program across the entire organisation (i.e. multiple divisions and functions, not just one area)

Working closely with the Project Manager, business function process owners, and Digital team responsibilities will include but not be limited:
* Provide expert strategic and tactical organisational change management (OCM) advice, ensuring necessary change management elements are embedded in project delivery plans.
* Develop OCM and communication strategy ensuring clearly defined objectives, defined governance, accurate risk identification and mitigation, appropriate measures of success, committed and visible leadership, informed stakeholders, and an aligned and engaged workforce.
* Identify change management skill gaps and assist build capability across key members of the ERP project team.
* Lead a dedicated team of change resources and work with vendors and suppliers as needed to deliver project related change activities.
* Facilitate and support the development, delivery and management of communication plans and supporting materials to promote the Project.
* Facilitate business activities required to integrate new processes and procedures into the Woodside management system, in conjunction with business function process owners.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience in Organisational Change Management ideally within the Resources/Oil &Gas industry
* Proven experience in creating and managing the end to end delivery of change, communication and/or training activities in digital transformation projects
* Familiarity with large-scale ERP systems and environments (such as SAP or Oracle)
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledge of structured change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment and find effective solutions in ambiguous situations.
* Ability to engage and work with stakeholders across all levels of the business Team player
* Business transformation experience in a large-scale organisation
* Experience delivering change activities for large-scale digital IT projects
