The Role:
Focusing on payroll and leave administration, we are currently recruiting for a HR Analyst - Benefits to effectively manage payroll and leave services in accordance to company requirements. In reporting to the Team Lead, HR Business SUpport and the GM ER Remunertion & Policy, the ideal candidate will have a continuous impovement mindset in ensuring the systems and processes in place optimise value to effectively manage people.
As the successful candidate your responsibility will include but not be limited to:

  • Accurately prepare and deliver payroll on a monthly basis
  • Confidentially handle employee, vendor and company information
  • Participate in process continuous improvement
  • Ensure timely vendor payments
  • Accurate prepare and produce internal and external reports
  • Manage employee superannuation data
  • Maintain employee information and process change requests
  • Provide professional service and resolution on payroll, leave, audit, superannuation and personnel queries

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proven payroll experience in a large organisation with complex work schedules
  • Essential SAP experience within a HR and Payroll context
  • Strong people management skills
  • Organisational skills with strong ability to work with deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and work on multiple task
  • Proficient Excel and Work skills
