The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced P&GC Analyst, to support the Benefits team in the delivery of accurate payroll and leave administration services. In this role you will utilise systems and processes to optimise value and enable the line to effectively manage people resources. An initial 8 month contract, with opportunities to extend for the right candidate, based in Perth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Resolution of queries and issues raised by the business, escalating to P&C Services Manager as appropriate.
* Supporting the business in payroll & time management activities and ensuring accurate data is maintained.
* Provide reports and data to the business and external organisations using SAP and Spinifex toolkits.
* Providing advice & guidance with regard to payroll, time management and personnel administration practices.
* Delivery in accordance with the Benefits timetable so that all Benefits activities are conducted according to Company's and legislative guidelines
* Formulating and implementing process improvements maintaining Benefits work instructions as changes are made
* Providing system administration support in relation to the personnel administration, time management and payroll modules

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience with enterprise level project implementation
* Running year end processes
* Experience working with "Big data"
* Advances Excel & MS Word skills; Expert level user experience with Excel
* Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
* Sound SAP knowledge & problem solving ability in the SAP environment (time management, personnel administration & payroll modules).
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to identify gaps in process and formulate fit-for-purpose solutions.
