The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Advisor to join their Quality team to assist with managing maintenance turnarounds. This role will be Perth based, with ad hoc periods of a few days to a few weeks of remote onshore and offshore locations within Australia.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Support quality planning, verification and execution for the major turnarounds team.
* Promotion of Quality Management integration and alignment between functional areas (eg asset management, engineering support, contracting and procurement, logistics, contractors and suppliers).
* Provide Quality coaching and support to personnel in adjacent functions.
* Application of Quality Contract Deliverable Requirements for contractors and suppliers.
* Participate in the implementation and delivery of NCR (Non-Conformity Report) processes
* Utilise Conformity Assessment (Quality) Services Contracts where appropriate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Knowledge and understanding of quality processes
* Requirements and Customer Focus for Quality
* Experience with supplier quality management, quality verification, validation & product certifications
* Must have an awareness of the role of quality in the Process Safety Management Framework requirements
* Demonstrated ability to positively influence stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
* Experience with site based maintenance activities, including planned shutdowns / turnarounds
